To initiate a return, please provide proof of purchase, including the original price. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

We no longer include a return label in your package. However, you can print a prepaid label or request a QR code to use at any eligible USPS location.
Returns for items purchased online at www.rmonlines.com must be processed through our website.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
Returned with all original tags and packaging intact
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Final sale or clearance items
Personalized or custom-made products
Gift cards
Earrings and other intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For added security, we recommend choosing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.
